[In conjunction with this...]

Well. Not much to do right now, since Belar isn't around and until he can speak with the god, he can't really go downstairs to see Bumblebee in the cells...

I still can't believe he did that. And I still can't believe he's being punished for it either. It wasn't his fault he was attacked. Poor lad.

As usual, the bar door led back to Iacon and Autobase. This time there was someone there to stop him so that they could speak to him. Slamdance, the combined form of the Autobot cassette-formers Raindance and Grand Slam.

Slamdance wanted to interview Rad, and since his reason for being home wasn't too important, he could indulge the gestalt's wishes.

It took him the better part of three megacycles to finish the interview—Slamdance seemed to be unusually full of questions, even by the gestalt's standards.

Finally free, he began to look for Rodimus.

"You'd better not disturb him," First Aid had warned. "He's been acting oddly lately."

"I need to see him anyways," Rad explained. "There's been a delay in the visitation with the other Autobots from the bar."

"What?"

"I'll explain it to you after I see Rodimus."

First Aid made his attempt to protest, but it was ignored.

"Rodimus?"

"I'm a little busy here..."

"Doing...?"

It didn't look like Rodimus was doing anything one would call "busy". In fact, Rad had caught him in the middle of a self-frisking. Which was getting an odd stare from Rad.

"That's not really your concern is it?"

"Sir, if there's a problem—"

"—I'll deal with it. Now. Whatever brought you here to speak with me had better be important. I've got work to do."

From the looks of things you were examining parts of your physical structure that'd embarrass humans if you did it in front of them and in public no less.

He didn't say that; Rodimus was looking cross.

"Er. Well. A situation has arisen lately back in the bar I told you about. One of the other Autobots has been celled for the duration of seven solar cycles for a fight he was in but did not instigate. We may have to wait until he's been released from it and the follow-up punishment of helping to fix the damages."

"Is that all?" Rodimus said, with much irritation in his voice.

"Uhm. Yes. I believe so—"

"Dismissed then."

"Sir?"
The door slid shut on a Rodimus starting up his frisk-job again.

I don't believe this. One bit of weirdness on top of another. At least I can still return to the bar and find Belar...
